Privacy policy

Sellerly is operated by Carfagna Realty LLC (“we”). This policy explains what we collect when you use the Sellerly website and app, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and team settings.
• CRM data you connect: leads, seller text messages, deals and buyers read from your CRM with the API key you provide.
• Usage: drafts you approve or skip, and when, so we can show your team’s KPIs.
• Website forms: details you submit when booking a leak audit.

How we use it

• To draft replies, sort leads, rank deals, match buyers and send the alerts and reports you turn on.
• To provide support and improve the product.

We do not sell your data or your sellers’ data. We do not text anyone on your behalf. Each team can only see its own data.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI drafting) and Resend (email). They process data only to run the service.

Your choices

You can revoke your CRM API key at any time in your CRM, remove it in Settings, or ask us to delete your team’s data by emailing the address below.
